Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Magnolia (T1) - fell and grind out stump - dead. Birch (T2) - fell - young tree in poor condition due to being suppressed by surrounding trees. Not enough space for this tree to succeed. Laurel (T3) - remove one low branch that grows into and suppresses holly to allow more light onto holly with the hope that it will thicken up to provide better screening. - HAR/CA9 , TPO#: 60E - G2 , TPO#: 60E - T26 , TPO#: 60E - T27 , TPO#: 60E - T28

There are two old tall trees at the end of my neighbour's garden which overhang my garden and block light and create debris. One has already been granted permission for removal. The tree that is subject to this application has also had permission granted for the removal of one of its large branches. However, my neighbour and I both think that it would be better if this tree were also to be removed. We would replace it with a younger tree (as we will be doing for the tree next to it). This way, we can have uniformity at the end of both of our gardens. I have indicated which tree I am applying to have removed in the tree plan and photograph attached. HAR/CA9.
