Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1-2 - small conifers to be removed due to telephone wire interference T3 - Large Conifer in front to be removed due to roots causing subsidence on porch and a new driveway being installed will likely cause root compaction. T4 - 20% height reduction on large sycamore tree to let in more light. T5 - 50% reduction on Pine Tree as the already snapped branches have created a large hole in one side of canopy. T6 - Removal of small self set sycamore in the rear garden. - HAR/CA9

There are two old tall trees at the end of my neighbour's garden which overhang my garden and block light and create debris. One has already been granted permission for removal. The tree that is subject to this application has also had permission granted for the removal of one of its large branches. However, my neighbour and I both think that it would be better if this tree were also to be removed. We would replace it with a younger tree (as we will be doing for the tree next to it). This way, we can have uniformity at the end of both of our gardens. I have indicated which tree I am applying to have removed in the tree plan and photograph attached. HAR/CA9.
