Proposal

Conifer - to uproot because damaging boundary wall. The conifer is approximately 15 feet high and 1 foot wide, located on my private property in the front corner of my driveway, within half a metre from the boundary wall. On the other side of the boundary wall is public pavement. Damage to the wall to the extent that it is bowing out and in a state that it could collapse.
