Tree 2 - sycamore opposite number 15 Low Lea Rd, at base of hill by telephone pole (W13). All dead wood removed end of January 2023 & crown reduction completed & ivy severed at base. Tree now showing further signs of decline & dead wood visible. TPO officer Peter Pollard agreed tree in decline and to fell to ground to make safe and retrospective application be submitted. It is proposed both trees are felled to the ground. The work is proposed to be conducted on the 17th & 19th June 2024.
