6 Park Grove Heaton Moor Stockport SK4 4BG
Tree 1 - Sycamore: full reduction requested (20% reduce reshape, secondary branches only) Reasons: excessive shading; crown now approx 3 foot from our house; crown covers significant proportion of our outdoor 'yarden' and is spreading year-on-year; excessive, consistent debris from tree (sap, 'buds', branches, seeds, leaves); sap and green 'buds' are rendering our main outdoor space almost unusable; garden plants are covered in sap and struggling to survive; debris is being trailed into the house; excessive and persistent droppings from pigeons roosting overhead falling on people, path, wall, plants, benches, bins, gate, gate catch, and are attracting bluebottles; it is affecting my mental health owing to the size of the crown in relation to our small outdoor space and the amount of damage and mess it is causing. Next door neighbours of both side experiencing same issues to lesser degrees, but we (at 30 Shaw Road) are under the main crown of this tree. It is also causing similar issues for the people whose garden it is in at 6 Park Gove. Tree 2 - Leylandii-type conifer. Full reduction requested. Shade. Tree will eventually grow very large and cause further issues, including overhanging our back alleyway Tree 3 - Sycamore - Full reduction requested. Issues as above, tree 1. This tree is not as mature as the first tree but is expanding its crown every year to cover areas of our outdoor space and that of number 28 Shaw Road that are not already overhung by the first tree. Tree 4 - Leylandii-type conifer. Full reduction requested. Issues as above, tree 2. This is a much larger tree than tree 2 and is blocking light for us, for 28 Shaw Road and for the residents at 6 Park Grove. - HAR/CA15 , TPO#: T239 - 16N , TPO#: T240 - 16N

Mature Beech tree (T5 on sketch) to west side of property on Laurel Drive. Reduce back to previous pruning points We have recently moved into the property and note previous advice regarding a cherry tree (T7 on sketch) at the rear of the property which is at risk of collapse. The cherry tree is leaning over a drive access to Laurel flats and the branches are touching one of the flats. In view of the advice given on the 2014 planning application we would like to remove this tree to avoid any injury to person or damage to the flats. To fell the large silver birch (T1 on sketch) at the front of the house, which is in close proximity to the house. The silver birch tree has also caused damage to the stone driveway, which took several hours to rectify. To fell the Lawson Cypress (T2 on sketch) to the front of the property. This tree is very high. Conifers (T6 on sketch) to west of property next to the mature copper beech tree (both left and right side) and to the rear near Laurel flats are overgrown and require maintenance. We would like to lop 5-6 feet from the height of the rear conifer trees and 3-4 feet from the height of the side conifers and substantial pruning on the width of all to get under control. To fell the overgrown conifer tree (T11) to the east of the property which runs in between our house and 15 Singleton Road. There is already a hedge that runs in between both houses and there is a tree in15 Singleton garden which offers privacy. The conifer tree is overgrown and will be touching our house shortly and provides excessive shading. To fell both the silver birch (T8 on sketch) and the maple tree (T9 on sketch) at the rear as both are very high and provide excessive shading. To fell two conifer trees. HAR/CA15 ,TPO#:T236-16N
