T17 - Horse Chestnut signs of bacterial bleeding canker to fell as in conjunction with several other trees that were felled in 2016 with the same issue , health and safety concerns as over the footpath. T39 Sycamore - poor structure, located on parent access, poor vigour again health and safety concern - fell T43 young beech - highly supressed wound to lower limb - crown lift. T50 Sycamore - significant lean to the west over receptions play area, poor vigour, fell for health and safety reasons. (90% covered in ivy). T53 Laburnum - semi mature - tight against the wall, fell. T59 Laburnum - covered in ivy poor structure, poor condition. fell. (1 laburnum has previously fallen and damaged the wall which equates to a major wall issue which still has not been repaired) T66 Spruce poor vigour - fell and remove health and safety concern due to failure as top has already fell out of another spruce in the past. T84 Sycamore mature, poor structure and poor health, significant amount of bark missing off main stem and limbs - fell required for health and safety reasons. HAR/CA21.

T1. Self seeded sycamore, small, struggling under other canopies up against fence and overhanging, remove to ground level. T2. Very large, mature Ash tree, one side is completely overhanging 4 pinewood close and it's far too big for being just metres from the property, we are to prune back overhanging branches, and reduce the height by 5 metres, dead wood and thin crown by 15 percent. T3. Dead Sycamore stem, covered in ivy to remove. These trees lie in tithe barn school lane, my customer lives at 4 pinewood close, he has permission to perform works to the trees and to submit this application. HAR/CA21.

So, to the rear boundary fence line, growing on the property of *Fern Cliff 18 Mauldeth rd SK4 3NG we have a mixed group of nuisance self seeded trees, pushing at the fence, dipping leaf little and bird poo, and blocking all the light. A mix of small to medium self seeded T1 to T9, Ash, Sycamore and Holly to remove to ground and treat base. Directly behind we have T10 and 11, a larger Ash and Pine which will be reduced by approximately 3 metres and shaped. Stella has had permission from the owner of Fern Cliff, 18 Mauldeth Road SK4 to carry this work out. HARCA21.
