T1 - nearly dead cherry - remove T2 - mature beech - General maintenance including crown lift to 2.4m, dead wood and clean out crown, very slight height reduction via thinning no more than 2m and formative pruning to even out the crown. Very subtle pruning only to improve light. No more than 25% over all and always to the BS3998 standard. TPO 310E. T3 - oak self seeded on edge of culvert. Tree roots will eventually breech the retaining block work banling and collapse the culvert. Customer wants permission to remove at some point in the next 2 years. Group 1 - oaks x 3 - permission to generally trim to improve form and reduce height by thinning technique. Approx reduction by 20% overall canopy cover and no more than 2m. T4 - Tree needs dead wooding for safety and some lateral limbs reducing to minimise risk of failure.

Ash tree. We have consulted North Cheshire Forestry Services who advised that the tree needs crown reduction to approx 5m and balancing up. Tree is blocking light from upstairs bedroom and lounge window. TPO 310E.

Pine - removal - tree species is very big for narrow back garden location. Difficult species to crown reduce to control size / maintenance. Concidering the garden has an other established tree and smaller stock we felt the removal was justified if tree was replaced with something smaller. HAR/CA36.

So, to the rear boundary fence line, growing on the property of *Fern Cliff 18 Mauldeth rd SK4 3NG we have a mixed group of nuisance self seeded trees, pushing at the fence, dipping leaf little and bird poo, and blocking all the light. A mix of small to medium self seeded T1 to T9, Ash, Sycamore and Holly to remove to ground and treat base. Directly behind we have T10 and 11, a larger Ash and Pine which will be reduced by approximately 3 metres and shaped.
