Listed Building Consent for the proposed development , comprises the change of use and conversion of an existing agricultural barn to form a single self-build dwelling within the curtilage of the adjacent Grade II listed building. The proposal includes alterations to the existing structure to facilitate its residential use while retaining its character and appearance. The accommodation will comprise an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, entrance hall, utility room and WC at ground floor level, with a staircase leading to a first-floor bedroom, bathroom and home office. The proposed dwelling will have a gross internal floor area of approximately 117m². The proposed works have been carefully designed to ensure that they preserve the significance and setting of the adjacent Grade II listed building. As such, the development will result in no harm to the listed building or its heritage significance
