Observations: Both trees display significant dieback affecting the lower crown, with vitality largely restricted to the upper canopy where fruit production continues. Their condition indicates declining long-term vitality. Fell and replace with appropriate planting T5 Fig Height: Approx. 5m Condition: Good condition. Observations: Vigorous growth typical of the species. The crown now extends substantially beyond the property boundaries into three neighbouring gardens and requires ongoing management. The tree was originally planted approximately 0.3m from the northern boundary corner, making long-term growth incompatible with its location.
