Deed of Variation to amend the Section 106 Agreement (ref- LEG/RP/PL/S106/134807/SY/11-AP-0196) associated with planning permission ref: 11/AP/0196 - The modification sought is the addition to the obligation of the following exception: -'Notwithstanding Schedule 2 paragraph 1 and Schedule 6 paragraph 1.4, the occupiers for the time being of 4 Marianne Close shall be entitled to apply for and to hold one (1) resident parking permit at any one time, provided that the off-street car parking space allocated to 4 Marianne Close remains available for and used by a vehicle kept by the occupiers of that dwelling. This exception is personal to 4 Marianne Close and does not affect the application of the obligation to any other dwelling comprised in the development, which remains bound in full.'
