Seeking to amend the triggers as follows: Condition 26 Existing trigger - Prior to the commencement of any above ground superstructure construction works. Proposed trigger - Prior to the commencement of any facade construction works. Condition 27 Existing trigger - Prior to the commencement of any above ground superstructure construction works. Proposed trigger - Prior to the commencement of any facade construction works. The wording of the conditions would remain unchanged, with only the timing of submission and/or approval being amended.
