Proposal
Fire remediation to the existing building envelope. It includes the replacement of two combustible cladding types with new non-combustible alternatives (timber for timber veneer and lead cladding for aluminium cassette panels). It also includes the replacement of glazed spandrel panels with a insulated glazed panel. In addition, remediation works will take place behind an existing non-combustible cladding type, which will be replaced like for like as per the existing installed on site.
