Planning application

Court Lane Gardens London Southwark SE21

Granted Southwark 26/AP/1903

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Works to tree with a TPO 328 T958 Horse Chestnut - Monolith to 4m above ground level based on results of advance decay detection [w/o 400]. Bleeding Canker. Sterilize tools: Always disinfect tools, secateurs, and saws with methylated spirit, domestic bleach, or a commercial steriliser between every cut to prevent cross-contamination. Avoid chipping infected material, as it can spread the disease via aerosols. Felled trees and affected branches should ideally be destroyed on site via burning or burying, where permissible by local environmental regulations.
