Proposal
Works to tree with a TCA: Tree T1: Eucalyptus (Myrtaceae). Current Condition: T1 is situated in a slightly raised border adjacent to a 1.7m tall boundary wall. The tree exhibits heavy asymmetrical crown growth. Reason for Removal: A west-facing limb of T1 is currently resting directly on top of the boundary wall, propping up the tree?s main stem. Because the tree is unable to support its own weight without this limb, and the direct contact is impacting the structural integrity of the wall, removal is the recommended management action. Direct Structural Impact: The tree is situated in a slightly raised border immediately adjacent to a 1.7m tall boundary wall. A substantial west-facing limb is currently resting directly on top of this wall, which is effectively propping up the tree's main stem. This direct physical contact poses an ongoing risk of structural displacement to the wall. Structural Instability: T1 exhibits heavy asymmetrical stem and crown growth. Arboricultural assessment indicates that the tree is unable to support its own weight independently; therefore, if the supporting limb were pruned or removed to clear the wall, the remaining tree would be fundamentally unstable. Management Limitations: Observations at the base of the tree noted evidence of excavation and dense green waste/ivy, which further inhibits the ability to safely manage the tree through alternative means without compromising the wall or the tree's stability
