Planning application

Lavender House Rotherhithe Street London Southwark SE16 5EA

Granted Southwark 26/AP/1301 Works to a Tree with a TPO

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1. Sycamore Tree. 16 metres in height. 10 metres in width. Re pollard tree by 3 metres, leaving the tree 13 metres in height and 7 metres in width. Tree is overgrown, blocking sunlight and overhanging over footpath. Lateral reduction was previously completed as tree was touching building, so re pollarding tree will create more of a balance. Situated inside the boundary along Rotherhithe Street.
