Granted Southwark 26/AP/1019 Works to a Tree in a Conservation Area

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Works to tree with a TCA: T1- T7. Poplar Trees. All 12 metres in height and 8 metres in width. Cut back by 1 metre, leaving the tree 7 metres in width, tree has become overgrown, causing a lot of fallen debris to fall in the neighbour swimming pool on Hambledon Place. Thin trees by 15% to allow more light into the garden and just enough to still be useful for screening. Situated on the boundary of Dulwich College sports ground.
