Planning application

180B Grosvenor Terrace London Southwark SE5 0NL

Granted Southwark 26/AP/0980 Works to a Tree in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) approx. 9m. Reduce the crown by up to 3.5 metres (from approximately 9m to 5.5m), cutting back to suitable growth points beyond previous pruning points. The reduction will aim to decrease canopy size and loading while maintaining a balanced crown structure. To maintain the trees at the same extent at those dimensions every 2-3 years, for a period not exceeding 6 years (after which a new application will be made).
