In relation to the development at Dulwich Hamlet Football Club, granted planning permission on 21 February 2022 (ref. 19/AP/1867) (the Permission). The application (the Application) is made under Section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for a Certificate of Lawfulness to confirm that the existing works undertaken on Site constitute the lawful implementation of planning permission ref. 19/AP/1867 (as amended by NMA ref. 26/AP/0074)
