Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of side infill extension at ground-floor level. Cladding of the external walls to the outrigger and the raising of the existing outrigger roof ridge and party wall by 300mm to provide adequate headroom in the existing bedroom. Removal of the rear side chimney breast to the ground and first floors, and the replacement and additions of new windows/doors to the rear and side elevations and new rooflights to the extension and outrigger roofs.
