Joint application for Listed Building Consent for the removal of defective and inappropriate non-breathable acrylic based render and paint from nos. 6 and 7 and the application of new lime render and mineral based breathable paint, and repointing of existing brickwork to the front elevation in lime mortar. This application also seeks consent for repairs to the roof of no. 7 including the installation of a lead saddle where the gable meets the parapet wall, the replacement of a GRP flat roof with a stepped lead roof and the rebedding of existing clay ridge tiles in lime mortar.
