REVISED SPECIFICATION TO DULWICH ESTATE LICENCET1. Two Maple trees approximately 5.5m in height, situated on the front boundary with Court Lane. Reduce in height by up to 1m and re-shape as necessary.T2. A Holly tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. Reduce in height by up to 0.5m and re-shape as necessary.T3. A Purple Plum tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. Reduce in height by up to 1m and generally tidied including the removal of water shoots.T4. Two Oak trees approximately 16m in height, situated close together on the right-hand side towards the bottom of the rear garden. Lightly thin by up to 15% including the removal of any dead wood. The height and basic shape to be retained.T5. A line of Beech and Hawthorn shrubs/trees approximately 5.5.m in height and situated along the bottom boundary with Dulwich Park. Reduce to previous pruning points to align with the top of the wire mesh fence.
