An Oak tree (Quercus robur), has vegetation overhanging the retaining wall and is obstructing the roof and flue outlet.Works - Crown lift and laterally reduce the Ash and Oak back to suitable growth points to provide a minimum 3m clearance from the roof. Remove overhanging lower vegetation back to the boundary.T1: A Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) approximately 20 m in height, overhanging the boundary of no.1 Wickers Oake.Works - An aerial inspection to note any significant structural defects. Remove dead wood overhanging 1 Wickers Oake.
