Proposal
REVISED SPECIFICATION:T1. A Beech tree approximately 10m in height, situated in a central location on the front boundary with Alleyn Road. Low branches to be lifted to provide a clearance of 3m from ground level including the removal of dead wood. T2. A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front left-hand corner adjacent to Alleyn Road. Remove one dead branch over the driveway and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.T3. A Rowan tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden close to a Yew tree. Remove by felling at ground level. Plant replacement tree as recommended by the Dulwich Estate. T4. Two purple Plum trees approximately 10m in height, situated close together near the bottom of the rear garden. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and water shoots. The height and basic shape should be retained. T5. A Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden. Reduce in height by up to 2m.
