The changes include: increasing the depth of the ground floor element of the two storey rear extension by 0.5m and increasing the ridge height of the two storey rear extension by 0.13m and the width by 0.76m; altering the ground floor rear doors and replacing the first floor rear window with a Juliet balcony; and reducing the height of the single storey ground floor rear extension by 0.2m and centring the roof lantern.
