Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/0200 for: (Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans), 6 (Cycle storage), 8 (Materials) and 10 (Basement Impact Assessment) of the planning permission 18/AP/2912 dated 20th February 2019 (which was a 'Variation to Condition 1 (approved plans), to planning permission 15/AP/0912, dated 27.05.2016 for 'Redevelopment of site to the rear of 55-67 Upland Road involving the demolition of existing light industrial workshops (B1) and the erection of a 2 bed single storey dwellinghouse and detached habitable room (3rd bed), with access along the side of 67 Upland Road.') to allow the following alterations: - revised basement and ground layout and roof geometry - removal of Condition 6 (Cycle Storage)- the external materials similar to approved with green sedum roof, metal glazed facade with the addition of timber pergolas and - screens, and painted masonry external walls around the boundary.- revised Basement Impact Assessment) to allow the following changes:-Refinement of the design of the previously approved rooflights, reducing them in size, omission of a rooflight over staircase and addition of a small rooflight over the utility room.
