Proposal

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission ref. no. 17/AP/3006: Redevelopment of existing garage site to create 23 new dwellings in two linked buildings of 4/6 storeys with associated landscaping and children's play space. The proposed changes include: enlarged cycle and refuse store to accommodate a generator and sprinkler system, amended balustrade design for external walkways and bridge, new canopies over flat entrances and lift entrance on the top floor, introduction of rendered banding to replace concrete banding at each floor level, and introduction of a metal coping at roof parapet level.
