Conversion of two flats into one dwellinghouse. The amendment includes the following: small amendments to the scheme including raising the floor heights and parapet heights. The parapet height is to match the neighbours extension raising it circa 150mm from the approved drawings.Condition Number(s): 1. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 2129_010 P5 PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS; 2129_011 P5 PROPOSED ELEVATION AND SECTION PLAN; 2129_020 P2 FIRE STRATEGY2. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the end of three years from the date of this permission.3. The materials to be used in the implementation of this permission shall not be otherwise than as described and specified in the application and on the drawings hereby approved unless the prior written consent of the local planning authority has been obtained for any proposed change or variation.4. All windows on the side elevation of the ground floor extension, facing number 128 Grosvenor Terrace, shall be obscure glazed and fixed shut and shall not be replaced or repaired otherwise than with obscure glazing. The side wall of the ground floor extension facing 124 Grosvenor Terrace shall be of solid construction.Conditions(s) Removal:The client would like to make small amendments to the scheme, including raising the floor heights and parapet heights slightly for drainage reasons. The parapet height is to match the neighbours extension, which raises it circa 150mm from the approved drawings.Update condition 1( approved plans condition ) to include updated drawings
