G1 - Group of Yew and Red Horse Chestnut. Canopy overhangs the corner of 153 Turney Road causing direct nuisance to the roof and guttering: Lateral crown reduction to suitable points to provide 1.5-2m clearance to the property and above the roof.G1 - Hedge comprising of Yew, Elder , which borders the front garden of 153 Turney Road. In good condition, it is obstructing access and bin storage.G1 - Line of boundary hedge and low tree canopies: cut back hedging to fence and crown lift trees to height of netting poles.G2 - Group of 6 London Planes, 1 Oak and 2 Limes on the boundary with Herne Hill Velodrome: Crown lift on Griffin side only by up to 3.5m. Lateral crown reduction by up to 1-1.5m to suitable growth points back to white pitch line. Remove deadwood.G3 - Boundary bowling green hedge primarily of Beech located to boundary with Herne Hill Velodrome. Agreed works: Reform sides and top to approx. 2m height. Retain semi mature 4m height Oak. Crown lift Ash group to 3m.T1-T5 - Yew and Holly on the boundary with properties on Turney Road and Roseway: Cut back to fence line and behind netting.T6 - Birch: Remove epicormic and deadwood.T7 - Plane: Remove lower cut limb and lift trees to 2.5m. T8 - Oak: Lateral crown reduction by up to 1-1.5m to suitable growth points back to the white pitch line.T9 - Oak: Remove small diameter deadwood. Retain larger diameter internal crown dead wood. (Do not thin any live material or crown structure.)T10 Plane: Re-stake with mesh weld guard. Cut out and remove lsqm turf, lay mulch. G5 A group of Sycamore: Retain main stem and crown lift to lm. Remove stems near to the pole. G6 A group of Holm Oak: Crown lift by up to 4m to suitable growth points, to allow sports machinery access.
