5-DAY NOTIFICATION T1 A twin-stemmed Silver Birch (Betula pendula) approximately 20m height within communal amenity grass and overhanging the rear garden of no. 1. One of the stems is entirely dead whilst the other has a sparse crown with evidence of bleeding canker to its base. The tree has a tight V shaped union indicating included bark and foreseeable risk of splitting. works: Fell to ground level. One or two replacement trees will be planted at appropriate locations.
