REVISED SPECIFICATION: G1 - 4 leaning Mimosa trees located on a small slope. A number of trees are dangerous due to their excessive lean and should be removed, the remaining 2 trees are crossing and also leaning and should be removed. Stumps cut to ground level to enable root system to aid slope stability. To replant with 3 Honey Locust trees. Plus a further 3 trees along the boundary with Grove Lane. Trees to be low (x) staked back into the slope and planted at siuitable depth to ensure establishment. Trees to be irrigated by treegator irrigation bags. G2- Zelkova located at entrance gate. Lift over gate and away from call button and public highway to between 2.4 to 3.5m. Minor reduction of tertiary branching permitted. Balance crown. T1-T3: Ailanthus: 3 Young Self seeded Ailanthus situated in the Car Park. Fell. Schedule 9 Non Native Invasive Species.
