Works to tree with a TCA: Laylandii Cypress tree between ten and twenty years old, approximately 10m tall, and 4 metres in diameter, as shown on drawing caa93_10_01_p3_exisiting site plan. The tree has grown up on a fire tender route accessing the John Paul Community Hall, and, therefore, needs to be removed. It also fouls a proposed accessible route connecting the hall to the church which will allow the elderly, the infirm and the disabled to access the hall?s facilities. As part of the accessibility project, we propose to reinstate two new tree?s in place of this fast-growing, evergreen conifer.
