Planning application

39 Wood Vale London Southwark SE23 3DS

Granted Southwark 20/AP/3348 Works to a Tree with a TPO

Works: Trees Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Yew (T1) - lift. Tree located in Dover Lodge, 41 Wood Vale. Remove bottom two limbs to crown lift live canopy to 3m above ground level. Work undertaken to bring back to form and improve light conditions. Poplar & Ash (G1) - fell. Tree located in Dover Lodge, 41 Wood Vale. Group of three poplar and three ash trees that are an old coppice. Trees were felled a number of years ago due to their proximity to the wall. They have now regrown and the same problem persists. Causing cracks and pushing out the boundary wall. Reductions will not negate the issue. The owner of 39 is happy to replant native species in a more appropriate place as discussed with Southwark previously.
