Proposal
Willow (T1) - Tree is growing in close proximity to a brick wall and has started to cause structural damage (see pic). It is also close to a neighbouring structure causing light issues. Although canopy reduction may solve the light issues it will not prevent further damage to wall. Remove and replant a native tree in a better location.

What a grant of permission means
