Introduction of a new door to the garden at the rear, widened steps up to garden level. Relocation of lower ground floor kitchen window to the new first floor rear extension. The existing rear stairwell window is also to be reinstated in the rear ground floor extension. Demolition of existing roof and erection of mansard extension, set back from front parapet. At the rear, mansard structure to be set back behind the existing and retained butterfly roof profile. Two dormer windows to the rear, two patio doors to the front. Internal changes include changes to the partitions at lower ground floor level, reinstatement of the original partition layout at ground floor and the removal of non-original arched alcove soffits at first floor'.
