Planning application

204 Peckham Rye London Southwark SE22 0LU

Granted Southwark 20/AP/1498 Works to a Tree in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Beech tree - prune the south side of the tree to reduce the overhang above the lawn. This will be achieved by shortening the longer branches by 1.5m and pruning back to dominant growth points. The north side of the tree has previously been reduced therefore this work will re-dress the physical balance and shape of the tree.
