Variation of Condition 18 'Hours of Operation of Bar/Restaurant to non-guests' attached to planning permission 10/AP/2064 [Approval date: 03.09.2010], which itself was a variation of 09/AP/1749 [Approval date: 09.11.2009], for: "Minor material amendments to planning permission 09-AP-1749 for 'Demolition of existing building and erection of a new 14 storey building (maximum 47.93m AOD) incorporating two hotels with a total of 477 bedrooms (Class C1 - total floorspace 16414sqm GIA) each with restaurant (Class A3 - total floorspace 142sqm GIA) and bar (Class A4 - total floorspace 92sqm GIA), landscaping, plant and machinery and ancillary works, including works to Blackfriars Road and Meymott Street'. Amendments relate to: - the introduction of meeting rooms at first floor level, changes to the western wing elements on the northern and southern elevations, including additional setbacks on the Meymott Street elevation from sixth to 13th floor level - new stepped profile to the west elevation, - bringing forward of the building line of the building at ground and first floor levels by 600mm and - addition of two bedrooms bringing the total to 479" to allow, on all days of the week including Bank Holidays, the bar/restaurant (currently operating under the name Jamboree Foodfest & Bar) within the hotel occupying the northern portion of the site (currently operating under the name Novotel) to open to non-guests between the hours of 07:00-02:00 as opposed to the consented hours of 07:00-23:30.
