Two internally illuminated Polestar corporate fascia signs, each comprising a 1,000mm high illuminated logo with 653mm high side-lit, three-dimensional acrylic lettering finished in black, mounted to the south and east elevations of the building. ? One non-illuminated "Polestar Pre-owned" fascia sign comprising 490mm high three-dimensional lettering finished in black, mounted to a white aluminium back tray measuring approximately 10.502m wide by 1.000m high. The illuminated Polestar signs will utilise low-energy LED illumination with concealed electrical connections. The "Polestar Pre-owned" sign is non-illuminated. All advertisements will be fixed directly to the existing building fa?ade and cladding using proprietary concealed fixings. No changes are proposed to the building's use, footprint or structure. The illuminated advertisements are static and will not include any flashing, moving or intermittent illumination. The proposal forms part of the corporate rebranding of the existing dealership.
