Prune back lateral branches at top of canopy on s/w side of canopy by 1.5m to provide adequate clearance of building. Remove epicormic growth on stem T4- holm oak - prune lateral branches back by 2m on northern and southern sides of canopy to provide clearance of building. Reduce crown by 2.5m to create a better shape . Crown lift by up to 5.5m over access road
