Proposal
T1 - Mulberry- Fell and replant with a heavy standard of the same species. Tree group 2 - 2x lime trees adjacent to 7-11 Park view - reduce to allow 2m clearance if services, crown lift to 4m Tree group 3 - Cherry, hawthorn, elder, rowan. Historic pruning has led to long, leggy growth extending towards the building and heavily shading second floor balconies wit Reduce to old pruning points to allow 2m clearance of building and crown lift to 4m over footpath. Tree group 4 - 4x Fastigiate oak trees - Heavily shading 2nd and 3rd floor balconies and only young-mature at this point. Without remedial work, this problem can be expected to get worse - reduce to allow 2m clearance of property and follow that line in height and W aspect spread to balance canopies. Tree 5 - Gingkgo biloba - Crown lift to 3m to allow adequate clearance over foot path and localised reduction (see attached picture) to llow adequate clearance of building. Tree group 6 - Lime trees x 2 - Reduce by 2m in height and spread, and crown ift to 4m to allow adequate clearance for high sided vehicles within the car park, and to alleviate sail area and subsequent leverage on the multiple compression forks and included bark unions throughout the canopies.
