This Non Material Amendment looks to retains the existing glazed and glazed look-a-like panels, with the existing metal panels upgraded internally to maintain the external appearance. It is proposed to remove the existing stone panels which have been adhered to a combustible plywood and replace with metal panels to achieve regulatory requirements. Aesthetically, two colours have been selected to add visual interest and contrast to the existing materials and surrounding built context.
