T1 - Walnut Tree T2 - Silver Birch Walnut tree in garden approximately 3 metres from south elevation of house, requires pruning to reduce canopy. Canopy is now in excess of 12 metres (wide and high) and has encroached on building. Excessive shading to this property and neighbouring houses at No. 18 Milton Manor Drive and Knockbrex. Silver Birch growing at approximately 1.5 metres from south east corner of this building, requires removal of side shoots which have encroached on this building. Consulting arborist to ascertain recommended degree of pruning to reduce the canopy of walnut and side branches of silver birch. Some deadwood to be removed also. The walnut must be pruned before autumn. Remarks:

T3 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a natural flowing crown outline and remove major deadwood. T4 - To fell and remove 1 x Yew tree and install eco plugs to prevent re-growth.

T1 Copper Beech. Low canopy over road and footpath. To raise canopy to statutory clearances, (5.2m over road, 2.5m over footpath). To remove deadwood greater than 60mm over road and footpath, for safety purposes, minimising any chance for larger falling deadwood in windy conditions.

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
