Proposal

To manage the risk of future deterioration and given that we understand the limited remaining lifespan of these trees, we propose to fell all remaining TPO'ed Lombary Poplar trees within the boundary of 30 Barlow Close to ground level. T10 - pollard back to knuckle T9 - fell remaining 4m stump to ground. T8 - pollard back to knuckle T7 - pollard back to knuckle T6 - N/A - now felled to the ground as per previous application T5 - pollard back to knuckle T4 - pollard back to knuckle T3 - pollard back to knuckle T2 - fell remaining 3m stump to ground T1 - N/A - (for reference only, refers to Ash outside of our boundary line)
