Proposal
T1 - Horse Chestnut - reduce overall crown by a maximum of 2-3m. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crowns of all trees should be reduced in proportion to their original shape. Remove deadwood and broken stubs.
