Erection of a single-storey rear extension, raising of the roof ridge of the main dwelling, extending the existing hipped roof on the rear elevation to form a gabled roof with Juliette balcony, the replacement of the existing rear facing dormer windows with a flat-roofed dormer, and the rear extension and conversion of the disused garage into a self-contained annexe for auxiliary use in association with the main dwelling with a glass link between the annexe and main dwelling.
