Planning application

8 Green Hitchings, Great Milton, OX44 7NZ

Refused South Oxfordshire P26/S0721/TPO Works to TPO

Works: Trees

Refused. Only the applicant can appeal, within the statutory time limit, and a revised scheme can be submitted instead.

Proposal

T1 Walnut At client request: Observations: T1 is a mature, large walnut tree. Client has advised that the root system is lifting the driveway, making access to the garage difficult and unusable. (See photos). SBTS are aware that there was planning permission received in 1996 (P96/NO168) in regards to the erection of the double garage and that it was stipulated that this was not to interfere with the tree. Recommendations: At client request - fell to ground level.
