Proposal
London Plane Situated to the southern boundary of the parcel of land which constitutes the front garden of the property known as Tideway, 8 The Chestnuts; shown on the plan at Grid Reference SU 7713 7948. We propose to reduce the height by approximately 2-3 metres and spread by approximately 2-3 metres, as it has become disproportionately large for its location in close proximity to the house. Due to concerns that its continued growth may give rise to future issues affecting the property and driveway, and given the well-documented mature size and vigorous growth habit of London Plane, we seek to manage the tree proactively and maintain it at a more appropriate and sustainable size. 8 The Chestnuts Tree Work Plan Proposal.pdf
