Proposal
T55 Redwood -Thin foliage clusters by a maximum of 10% to reduce lever arm effect and alleviate strain caused by wind loading. -Reduce highlighted limb by 1mtr on property side to alleviate strain and reduce the likelihood of failure. Remove major deadwood throughout and install non invasive cobra brace on limb with cavity near main stem. Include reduction of low growing southward limb with fiber buckling near main stem to alleviate strain by up to 1mtrs lateral growth. Cuts not exceeding 80mm. Remove arisings.
