Use as a single dwellinghouse. The two-storey cottage known as 56b North Street, Thame (also known as The Barn) has been used as a single self-contained dwellinghouse, occupied as a sole and principal residence independently of 56A North Street and 56 North Street, since approximately 2012. Each of the above relates to the land and buildings edged red on the submitted location and block plans, the whole of which is in the ownership of the Applicant.
