Use as a single dwellinghouse. The two-storey cottage known as 56b North Street, Thame (also known as The Barn) has been used as a single self-contained dwellinghouse, occupied as a sole and principal residence independently of 56A North Street and 56 North Street, since approximately 2012. The store room adjoining the dwelling has been used for domestic storage ancillary to that residential use. The enclosed garden has been used as private amenity space in connection with that residential use. Neither has been in independent use at any material time. 3. Access.
