T1 - Variegated Maple T2 - Variegated Evergreen tree There is a variegated Maple and a variegated Evergreen tree near to the boundary between the two properties. These trees are beginning to overhang our garden which is not in the CA. I would like to trim them back to the boundary to reduce the amount of unwanted shading they are giving as they grow taller. The amount of cut back will not be large, probably up to 30cm and only back to our boundary. Remarks:

Silver Birch Silver Birch next to tree T31 identified by Ed Faherty on the West Hagbourne Tree Survey done in 2015 and emailed to us on 16.7.15 - see attached documents. The tree is very old, possibly over 100 years. We were approached by Ed Faherty on 16 July (see copy of email and Tree Survey attached) as he was concerned about the condition of tree T31. We asked Crosscut Tree Surgeons to come and have a look and give us a quote for the work needed, as well as considering some other trees including the birch which has since died. The council stated that they would be happy for the birch to be removed due to its poor health. However on discussion with Crosscut Tree Surgeons, we decided to try instead to cut it back in the hope it would survive a little longer. It has gradually been dying since then, having fewer and fewer leaves. In June this year the remaining leaves turned completely brown during the heat wave, and it has shown no sign of life since. We plan to plant several silver birches nearby. Remarks:
